Batteries do not generate enough air flow to overcome the more porous materials, and therefore, battery units are not able to lift porous materials.
Our Blizzard is a high airflow vacuum lifter designed to handle most porous materials. High airflow vacuum lifters are designed to compensate for porous materials.
Returns can be made on unused products if returned within 5 business days from the product pickup/delivery date, subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Exchanges and store credit will be granted if the return is made within 10 business days from pickup/delivery date if the product is in gently or unused condition and re-sellable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Shipping costs will be at the expense of the purchaser.

If you are having issues with your MQuip product, one of our technicians can help determine your issue over the phone. Most parts are very easily replaceable and can be done by the end user. However, if there is a scenario where we feel like your product should be serviced by one of our professionals, we can help coordinate shipping back to our office.
Virtual servicing is available – an appointment can be made by calling our office.
We require your company’s tax ID for international shipments. This information is needed for the products to cross the border and pass through customs without being held.
MQuip products are engineered and manufactured in Canada. MQuip follows the American Society Of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards.
MQuip lifters have redundant safety systems built into the design for enhanced precaution, which includes an option for secondary restraint. MQuip follows the American Society Of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards. However, like any product, caution and care must be taken, which includes, but is not limited to, not putting any limbs or personnel under the load being lifted, lifting the load as low as possible to the ground, not exceeding the lifter’s lifting capacity and ensuring proper maintenance and testing of the lifter.
Battery operated units will vary. Typically for an 18V detachable battery, users should get a minimum of 4 hours of operational run time. All products are supplied with a spare battery which is recommended to be on charge while the other is in use for optimal efficiency.
Maintenance requirements will depend on the use of the product. We recommend all customers to bring in their equipment in the off-season for an inspection and to replace any wearable parts as our technicians see fit. Most governments recommend that vacuum lifters be professionally inspected
annually.
The length of time that seal will last will depend on the product use and care. Our average customer is able to get around 1.5 seasons out of their seal. To help the longevity of the seal, (1) do not drag the seal/pad on the ground, (2) store the pad on a flat surface, and (3) store the pad away from petroleum and other liquids.
Most MQuip products are accompanied with a 1-year limited warranty on all non-wearable items. However, for specific warranty provided on your product, refer to the product manual.
